How many hours do you make your staff work?

In our country, the normal working hours is 10-5 with 30 minutes lunch break. However, a lot of organizations make staff work longer, they ask staff to come to the office at 9 and them ask them to work until 6. What is the working hour policy in your organization?

Our working hour is so disordered, each organization seems to rate the working hours depending on your payment. Only reputable organization are the ones with standard working hours without consideration on your role nor department.
