How many different apps and sites do your ads play on?

If you're putting your ads out there, either through a service like AdSense or something else, do you know what apps and sites play your ads? Or is it mostly randomized and all over the net? I think it'd be cool to be able to track where your ads played and how often they showed up. I'm sure some services do that.

When I advertise, I always make sure to target the proper platforms where my ads will appear. I will sort out this through proper keywords and geo tageting. When I advertise through Google, my ads will not show on random websites that runs adsense, the ads will be shown only on the websites on the niche I have targeted on ads and will be shown only to the visitors form certain location.
