How long do you hope to run your business?

Do you hope to run your business throughout all of your lifetime and one day leave it to a family member to continue? Or do you want to run the business for a while until you retire and then leave it to a family member to take over? I think I'd do the latter, as I don't think I'd want to run a business for a lifetime, but some people do that and die happy. But for me, I'd like to retire, have someone else work for me and rake in the rewards somewhat.

I will continue to run my business as long as I am generating sales and the business is profitable for me. If the business is profitable and I am no longer physically and mentally fit (because of olkd age and sickness), I will perhaps give it to my heir.

If I ever start a business, then I may try my best to carry out the business and make sure that I run the business for a long time, depending on how much interested I am in the business. I am interested in certain kinds of businesses, so I may run them for a long time.

I enjoy doing businesses. I have not even thought of what I can't do if not business. So, running multiple businesses for a lifetime and ensuring that almost all are successful is my lifelong goal. I want to employ people and see them doing it the way that it should go.
