A lot of people haven't taken advantage of listing their business/service on Google which is a very big mistake. This is because billions of people are searching on Google for business/services like what they offer but because they haven't listed their services on Google or even talk about managing the reviews, their reach is limited which affects their visibility and sales negatively.
