Taking orders over the phone is a pretty hard thing to do. This is true in case if you are having a really harder time dealing with rude and angry customers. It could become a really huge challenge. How do you handle it?

Of course, if I sell any of my products online, then for this I have to give complete details to the customer over the phone itself. Sometime you also have to deal with such customers who do not want to buy the product but instead just waste your time.But still if you satisfy them by talking about it in a better way then you will be successful For Sell Your Product Online through mobile phone .
 
Most of the time, the customer is always asked to make payment before their orders are being taken seriously. There is no point taking an order that didn't come with payment. This is what I have worked for long to ensure that it doesn't happen in my business.

I am quite sure that the customer service representative could ask for the payment method while they are speaking to the customer over the phone. They could confirm that and receive cash on delivery as well. Taking orders over the phone could be a big challenge sometimes.

Payment validates an order in my business. If a customer doesn't make 100% complete payment for what they wish to order in my business, there is no order to process for the customer.

Well, in many cases, many customers could pay in advance when they place an order over the phone. However, this is not necessarily the case. You can receive advance payments, but this is not how it works all the time.
 
When I worked at the call center one of the times, we had to take orders over the phone. When on the phone our lines are being recorded. So when you get their credit card info for the order, you have to turn the recording off so as to not record it. We also cannot repeat the card number back, the customer has to read it off to confirm. Other support reps could catch that person's card if so.

I used my PC at work to do all this. We had a call client on the PC that would handle most. But that's probably what you'd have to do for most call centers doing orders. At least I would imagine.

I think that these are some of the great measures taken to make sure that the information of the customer remains safe. This is quite important for many different reasons. The company may not have any kind of right to keep a record of details related to the customer. This is understandable and important to prevent identity theft and misuse of information of customers.
 
The same way my business handle business orders for customers who walk into my business premises to order for my livestock is the same way I handle the orders for customers who are trying to make purchases over the phone.

I will take down the others they are trying to place and calculate the total amount of whatever they need and send them their bill and my business account number for them to make payment, right after the product will be delivered to them after it has been processed.

Before a customer is going to contact your business online over the phone about product they want to buy, I believe that they must have seen the products that you have advertised and made available for sale. This is why when they are trying to process whatever they want to order, you can always find out the ones that are available and tell them so that everything is going to be finalized for them to make payment.

Exactly! This is why there are so many businesses that offer promotions. They tend to advertise specific kinds of products so that they could avoid confusion related to what the customer intends to offer. This is what happens when we run restaurant business.

Yes, exactly. Taking orders over the phone is quite difficult to handle. What I did to make this task easier is to prepare myself for the customers who are sometimes cannot understand the situation of a business lover like me.
I am still calm myself and answer them so softly and gently.
Products that are need to sell in face to face arrangement is nice but taking the orders over the phone is I can say full of hassle.
