How do your employees clock in?

If you run a business, store, or anything that has employees working on the floor or somewhere on the premises, what method do they use to clock in? When I worked at the call center, I'd just sign into my workstation before I started work. Other than that I never used any other methods. Well aside from a app called time doctor for an online job I worked for in the past.
