How do you take a rest?

Many of us work daily and everytime to make ends meet and once in a while we take out time to rest.
So I'm asking how do you take a rest?

I sleep the whole day...watch movies if I can....then gist with my boo or family members if they are around. If not, I just sleep and sleep and sleep

The way i normally take a good rest is to take a good nap,though it depends on the snature of job i have been involved in,if it is a light rest i just hangout with friends.

I do take rest after my working hours, but during weekend I increases my hours of resting due to sufficient time I have, it is good to be rest after working

In regards to your question, rest and sleep are partially not the same. To me the best form of rest is sleep which is the natural, unlike the former which the body will relax but the mind still function in full capacity. Sleeping at time don't come easily except at night. So in this case, I will listen to a soft music with my eyes closed. Then I will be carried away by deep sleep.

So after the day's work and decided to rest then either I sleep or listen to music
