How do you save money on utility bills?

For me, these expenses make up a large part of all expenses, so there must be some way to save even a couple of dollars. For me, for example, there is a way to pay payments in person at the bank, because if you pay online, the service takes a commission for the transfer, but not in person at the bank

I use payment apps, where I can earn points that can be converted to cash or earn cash backs.

Right now I don't but in the past I have used cash back apps, they are useful to earn some money back from your payments.
