How do you pay for hosting?

Do you use a credit card? Do you use one via Pay Pal? Do you use a Pay Pal balance? Do you use Facebook Pay or some other similar processor like Venmo? What do you feel is the best way to pay? Does anyone pay by check, money order, or cash? That seems sort of too much for these digital times.
