How do you incorporate your personal values into your business?

With the rise of social entrepreneurship, how can individuals incorporate their personal values and causes into their business ventures, and what impact does this have on their overall success and satisfaction?

When it comes to running a business, there are certain things I would never do. For example, I will never sell alcohol or tobacco products even though there is a lot of money in this business. I will also never involve in shady business practice as this is against my ethics and morality.

There are some people whom their personal values doesn't have anything to do with the business because their business is practically different from what is being represented in their lives. I'm the kind of person that try as much as possible to be objective in anything that I'm doing in my business irrespective of what my personal values are.
