If you're running a business, have you ever had to deal with reports about racism or hate in the workplace? How do you respond to them? If it were a business of my own, and I got reports of wrongdoing from one of my workers, or anyone working for me, I would look into the situation, address it with the people involved. Once you come to a conclusion, you can go from there. I imagine I would fire the person making the hate comments, what would you do? Would it be an instant fire if an employee was caught being racist or hateful towards others? I think I'm within my right, if i'm a business owner, to fire someone for hate speech.
