Feedbacks are usually very important when you want to hear about something others thinks with respect to how anything is set up in your forum, how operations are carried out and probably reviews on your services generally. How do you handle such feedbacks especially when it's something true but given in a rude manner?

It depends on the kind of feedback I receive. I take all constructive feedback positively and even try to make changes in my community based on the feedback I received. I don't give a damn about harsh feedback. You cannot always have well wishers on your forums.

If its just point out attack to the forum, I think the best thing to do would be to delete does comments but if its based on issues a particular member is going through, the best thing would be to address and offer a solution as soon as possible.

Personally, I think that all feedbacks should be respected irrespective of the nature it came in. This is because it is something that the user felt about the community and had to comment about it. It's all up to you to decide if it is something that needs to be worked on or not.

It's important not to respond with anger or defensiveness. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when addressing the feedback. Try to extract the valuable points or suggestions from the feedback, regardless of how it was presented. Look beyond the rudeness and focus on the underlying message. Reply to the feedback with courtesy and respect. Acknowledge the concerns raised and assure the person that their feedback has been heard. But if the feedback is disrespectful or abusive, it's important to establish and enforce community guidelines. Let the person know that while you appreciate their feedback, it needs to be conveyed in a respectful manner.

You need to simply read why and improve if they provide false information then you might be able to delete comments

I actually see it as a positive thing when your members deem it necessary to give you feedback on something that goes on on your platform because it is a sign that they value whatever you are doing on your platform, so that you get things right that is going to make them to keep being loyal to your platform.

The best I can. I learn from it and try to fix what problems there are and go from there. I've gotten bad feedback before, some that was constructive, some not so much. You kind of have to weed out the bad ones and focus on the ones that are useful and go from there.

This is actually the essence of feedback strategy in anything someone is doing because those feedback are very important for you to point out and fix whatever your potential users or visitors are not happy about in your community so that you will not end up losing them to your competitors.

If I ever receive a bad feedback, then I will consider it and try to figure out the reason behind it. I may see how serious it is before actually trying to find a solution for the problem. Having said that, enabling a feedback function is pretty needed on many platforms and forums.

As far as I'm concerned, once a negative feedback is given about your business product or service, it's something that exists in the project. You need to take it very serious and find out everything that's wrong and fix it as quickly as possible.
