How do you get the idea for a new website?

Well, for me its the things and websites I see in everyday life. Sometimes I feel like having a website just like that. But most of the times, I might be trying to find a keyword for a post in any of my existing blogs. Some keywords tend to drive me crazy enough to start a website dedicated for that niche!
