I try to post regularly but don't always get click throughs. Would really love to know how to get more click throughs from the links that I'm leaving on Facebook and Twitter.

If you have followers or fans that are really interested in the niche, which is not often the case if you have tried to buy the fans/followers or even has done the exchanges, the click-through will be quite good. But again if the admin rarely interacts with the community, it will not be the case.!

I'm trying to develop a more friendly conversational tone, (much like i use on forums) for use on Twitter and Facebook. For some reason when i go to post there, my writing style tends to get stiff and over polished as if i have to say everything just so perfect. And, i think in some ways that could be stifling conversation. I'd like to really make a connection with my readers on both sites, as well as Google +. Thanks for the advice.

I'm always using some catchy descriptions. Or funny descriptions. Something that makes the user click on my links.
