How do you get facebook likes,and follows?

How do you manage to get so many facebook likes, and or twitter followers? Do you use specific hash-tags, or use a twitter bot? How do you, individually manage to get the followers, and likes you currently have?

If you want fans you have 3 ways of getting htere!

• Buy it.
• Do exchanges. Ask other admins who have pages with good number of likes to share your page and share their page on your page. A share for share system. This way you will get good number of fans in lesser time who actually will stay on your page. I know some admins with pages like mine got around 300,000 likes by using this method!
• Make awesome posts and keep on posting it, and your member base will increase.
