Do you go for speed or completion?

By this I mean, do you try to get your website up fast and not care what needs to be done or do you try to complete all of the admin things like the theme, posts/threads (if a forum), forums and that kind of stuff before you put your website up and start advertising it.

I am more of a completionist. I try to complete what needs to be done before I start advertising it.

I think that they are both important because they both actually show a large part of your dedication as well and i think that i would rather opt for completion over speed.

I prefer slow but sure website development since there are many things to consider when creating a website. We should really be careful and get the help of the experts.

You gotta complete the website if you want something to function. Speed is important but not important enough to have a bad start.

however if you do not have speed on your website then there is not a lot of people that will be able to use your website due to the frustration of slow loading times.

I think a website will never finish, there will always be room for improvement. Therefore, launch my website as soon as I have some content, 5-10 posts on a blog, and 20-30 topics on a forum. Lunching your website does not mean your website is done you will still have to work on the areas that need improvement.
