The term financial relationships is a quite popular term. Financial relationships refer to different kinds of relationship between an investor and a company. It also refers to relationship between an employee and an employer. So, what is financial relationship to you? How do you define it in a broader manner?

In my opinion, financial relationships can be used in so much ways. It can be used in business relationship, social relationship and personal relationship. In the relationship aspect that you're using the financial relationship is what's going to determine the terms of the relationship. When it's looked at from the business angle, it's the association between the business owner, his workers and customers.

As long as money is involved, I would say that there is a financial relationship going on. You take a look at how certain things work when it involves a customer and a staff during the sales process as financial relationship as well. The key point is for the document used to transact to be duly signed as well.

For the fact that businesses are set up for customers to buy from them, the relationship is something that have planned to exist between the business and their customers through their workers. This relationship is what helps the business to make sales and keep themselves in profit making.

There are even business owners that go as far as giving some incentives to keep the customer - seller relationship getting stronger and better. Without this type of relationship, then sales will drop and that will be a huge threat to the long-term plans of the firm.

This is something that's very common in business with tough competition. As the business owner, you must be alert at all times to build on your customers relationship by giving incentives and discount sales to your customers from time to time. This is the best way to retain them in a highly competitive market.

If you are conducting a business based on partnership, then you not only need to build relationships with your customers, but you also need to take care of your partner as well. This is because you will most likely discuss things related to finance with your partner and you have a financial relationship with your partner.
