It's now a common thing for people to try steal other's work as their own and take credit for it online.

In a situation where a member in your forum presented a work to be their own but it ended up being claimed by another person as their own work, how would you handle such copyright issues?

I clearly mention on my terms that it is strictly prohibited to share random images from the internet, however, I also encourage members to share only images with a creative common license.

This is not a good place to be in, when someone steals your intellectual property, it can even cause you depression especially when it is coming from a very big brand, you just need to seek legal redress.
