I listen to music, talk to my siblings and laugh around, just to release stress. I read books when I got the time, and I write my feelings and thoughts whenever I feel stress or any other strong feelings. I'm always stressed out, I work from home and take care of my kids as well and they are toddlers so they are very demanding, the only way I cope is by sleeping when I get the opportunity to.Life is stressful enough before this pandemic and soon after all this things that is happening, there's more thing that you need to think and prioritize.
