How do you award prizes?

Advertisement Placeholder
I've tried to hold some contests on Christianity Haven and have found for the most part that my members are not interested. I had one or two members that would participate even when I know some of them are really hurting for cash and could use a gift card. I've offered Amazon gift cards and pay out of my own pocket.

I award prizes based on merit and if you worth the price , i am going to give you the priceand if you don't worth it am not giving the price to you

Awards make us feel good. They are an acknowledgment of a job well done and justification for the agony, the self-doubt, and the hard work that went into winning them. Awards can make us feel proud, happy, overwhelmed, and delighted.

Does the webmaster pay for these out of pocket? Do you ask for donations? Then another question, how do you determine what type of prizes your members would like?
To know the type of award or price you can give to your member, you have to move closer to them, get to know them better and know what they like and what they dont, that will help you to determine the kind of gift or award you can give them.

I award prizes to people and individuals base on their positive performance and behavior in a certain settings or organization we found ourselves.

80 percent of the weight is carried by the answer to Question 3. Right, genuine, and authentic responses will be used to determine the winners.

3. Each user should not comment more than three times in a row, you should not repeat a comment, and your total comments in a single post should not exceed three.

it really depends on what you are offering, but the rewards have to be not so easy and not so hard to get, so people set them always as goals to achieve them and stay active

I think prizes are awarded based on effort . Definitely the webmaster should be giving prizes But the task involving the prize should not be hard and not so eazy.

I have never awarded any prices but when I'll do it will be based on merit, dilligency of the worker or the awardee and it will be base on my own honesty.

The awarded prizes is based on the merit you got from something, someone can be awarded on a contract based on your performance you can be awarded prizes.

I'm not a webmaster, cos i do not own a website nor design websites. But I'll say business owner should give rewards based on merits, reward the hard working ones.

I've noticed the same actually. I had a few more members enter my contests but they were mainly to take part in the contest and complete the fun activities that we had planned. I don't think too many members were interested in the prizes even though I considered them to be quite interesting and "big". People are always reluctant to join posting contests as well because of how hard it can be to win that.

I was thinking about posting content here at Bizdustry. Thank you for pointing that out. Another problem is how might a website owner or admin keep track of the member's posts? That could be a potential challenge to webmasters.

Is very easy to give award.. And its a straight forward strategy...a task to complete will be given and it is mandatory for them to carry out this task in order to receive their reward

When it come to reward on website I think the best way to go about that is for the owner of the website to use some of its revenues from its website to reward his members.

On my website, In have tried to launch contest a couple of times in order to build activities, however, I had to cancel contest because there was no submission.

I'm terms of price I go for merchs, e-books, or any other digital product that isn't that expensive. This will get them interested in my competition.

There so many different ways to award prizes. There are those prizes that come their own pockets. There are those prizes that come from donations of other people.

I give prizes based on your contribution if you contributed a lot i give you prize so that it can encourage others too to start contributing.
