Well, I do not have an offline business at the moment but when I was running an offline business, I was mostly dealing with cash. Back then digital transactions were not very popular, so payment systems like payment wallets, mobile banking apps, and QR payments did not exist. Apart form cash the only payment method available back then was credit cards.

The means which I accept payments in my offline business for my products are ;

1. Through cash payments.
2. Through bank transfers.
3. Through card payments using POS device.

If you can't make your payment through any of those options, I'm afraid but we can't do business together.

How frequyenbtly do your customers use digital payment like bank transfer, mobile banking or QR payment? Are digital payments very popular in your place?

For my offline business which is family business, I accept payments in two main ways: cash and cards. When customers visit my store or use my services in person, they can pay with physical cash or use their debit or credit cards. I got no mobile app payment or QR codes yet

They use digital payments more than 95% of the time. It's a few of them who prefer paying by cash or those who are having bank network issues which makes it impossible for them to initiate bank transfer.

I like to make use of cash methods. That is a better option for me as far as I am concerned. I wouldn't want to know what a customer is thinking, but when it comes to my offline business, cash payment is the more preferable choice.

Personally, I don't have any problems with accepting cash payment for my business products. Most of my customers who walk into my farm most pay in cash while some of them pay through bank transfers. I love cryptocurrency payments too but it's not yet time to incorporate it in my business because most of my customers are not used to it.
