I remember starting out creating websites when I was around 14 years old and my very first website was based on a boyband I was a fan of back when I was younger called 5ive. I was completely new to creating websites and only knew the basis so I went for Geocities in which you could have your site hosted and you could also build your website with their service. By using Geocities I slowly learned how to code and soon picked up on the basics needed that enabled me to be able to start creating my own website from scratch.

How did you learn to code? Were you self-taught or did you learn through a course? How long did it take you to learn to code?

I don't know how to code a website. I don't even own a website. I feel like i would learn how to code a website through a course and it might take me a long time to code one.

You have to think about the technologies you want to employ in the first place. All websites are going to need knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript before you look for any other language to use for the back end.

It all started when I found out that my friend was working on this HTML code, so I asked questions on and realized that I can also code. From there I started looking for tutorials online.

one of my major source of learning to code was from youtube videos, as i spent so much time in learning how to code on youtube and it was indeed very helpful for me.

I don't know how to code a website. It's not important to know coding before you create a website. Platforms like WordPress and others have make creating of website very easy. Though, some people are still learning how to code a website, I don't see any reason to learn it.

I don't code, I never dreamt of building websites, I was happy as a freelance writer then suddenly got into website building. Since I did not have coding knowledge, I started using content management system to build website.
