How can you identify scam real estate investment?

Advertisement Placeholder
Some common signs to identify a potential scam in real estate investments include unrealistic promises, pressure to act quickly, lack of transparency, unlicensed individuals or companies, absence of legal documentation, difficulty in contacting or obtaining information, and unsolicited offers. Remember, it's essential to conduct thorough research, seek advice from professionals, and trust your instincts when evaluating real estate investment opportunities to avoid falling victim to scams.

I actually get phonecalls from so called 'real estate agents' looking to buy my house, despite it not being for sale. These scammers are getting pretty ballsy with their tactics too. They tend to offer way more than the house itself is actually worth. It's pretty easy to spot a scam and most won't call YOU first, either.

I also once wanted to invest in a project in which I wanted to build only my first apartments and they gave investors very good conditions and I thought that it was very cool and I could try very well, but somehow I happened to know an acquaintance who told me about this project that they only wanted to collect funds and to close the project by killing all investors. Therefore, you should never believe in big profits.
