I have heard about alot of people being deprived of their pension and they never get paid and this has been going on around the world now. How can they fight for their rights.

Of course and as it is an acquired right, they should not have to fight for it. But due to the lack of part of the ministries and the government itself, there must be a union of interested people and seek solutions to expedite the payment of the pension. When it comes to solutions to expedite the system of balancing the queries made by retirees in my country you gonna see that things are quit strange here. The politicians will feel their pockets first before listening to your complaints as a retired civil servant.

I believe the pensioners should have a union body or an organization that would be able to look into the plight of the pensioners in regards to matter of this nature. this can only happen if there are any claws that make provision for pensioners fighting off their employers especially government in case pension isn't paid by the government and I do not think there is any law like that. The OOnly thing that can be done here is agitation.

pensioners do have a union and their unions are very strong and heard when they start protesting pensioner can fight for their right by protesting.

It's rather unfortunate that having spent a greater part of your life in public service, you are being deprived of your pension. In my country a lot of the pensioners resort to litigation, to get their money.
