We all know that crowdfunding is a very important thing and it is a very important thing when it comes to raising capital. However, do you think that crowdfudning could also help the real estate industry as well? How can it be used in the real estate industry?

IN our country, the real estate industry is usually funded by entrepreneurs' personal funds, business houses., or bank loans. The concept of crowdfunding doe snot exist. However, once 40-50 percent of the property is done, the developers start selling units to collect funds.

I would think the most obvious use of crowdfunding would be to use GoFundMe to crowdfund enough money for a house or a downpayment on a home loan. Convincing donors of financial distress and your need for a house could be an effective method.

Another method which has been used is "trading a paperclip for a house" type schemes where a person trades a small item for bigger items of bigger and bigger value until they manage to arrive at a house, or enough money for one.
