There are many experts who predict that AI (Artificial Intelligence) can help many people. I am quite sure that the AI (Artificial Intelligence) could also help many employers as well who are probably looking for the right kind of employees. AI has helped many employers during the current era. So, do you think that it will become more efficient in the future?

What would we use AI for in the hiring process? The only thing I can think of is having AI go through this person's work history or something. Maybe it can help find the best candidate for the job. I honestly don't know.

I think that we can use AI for hiring process. For example, we can program a certain kind of robot or a computer program that may help us get the right kind of person for the job. In future, the robots may be hiring people. Who knows?
 
Maybe you can let AI interview the candidate instead of humans, or perhaps set a questionnaire through AI and then ask the potential candidate to answer these questions, or perhaps use AI to check the potential candidate's online activities to see if he has been involved with something bad.
 
Certainly, AI's role in recruitment will likely become more efficient. Advances in natural language processing and machine learning enable better matching of candidates to roles, streamlining the hiring and providing valuable insights for employers.
