When it comes to serving a customer, a company must never discriminate against its customers. This means that a company should also offer its products and services to all kinds of people and even offer some kind of special privileges to certain kinds of customers. This also includes disabled customers as well. So, how can a business facilitate its disabled customers?

By providing accommodations that allow disabled customers the comforts afforded by all customers. The obvious, ramps for anyone in a wheelchair, accessible bathrooms, disabled parking, and more. As long as you have everyone covered, you should be good.

A customer with any form of disability isn't disabled in their pocket. You're not doing anything with the appearance of your customers. It doesn't matter if they are disabled or not, treat them all right and get their patronage.

Some businesses do not have disabled-friendly infrastructure, for instance, there might be no wheelchair tracks. These businesses are not intentionally discriminating against customers, but they might not be able to sell to these people

Certainly! There are many people who are disabled. However, they have a good amount of willpower. They are able to use their willpower and earn good money. There are many disabled people who are running business and this shows that they are quite positive. Having said that, there are many businesses that offer exclusive services to their disabled customers.

My business will be available 24/7 to render services to anyone disabled or not, challenged or not as long as they need my business services. They will be treated like kings because their money is what keeps me in business. If I never needed their business, I won't start my business.

There are many businesses that have a special team of people who may help disabled people. Even if they do not have a team, they will order the staff to offer exceptional services for disabled people in order to make such customers happy. This is a great thing.

It's if your business doesn't offer any kind of services to disabled customers you don't have to worry about them. If you have what a customer who's with a disability wanted, you ought to serve the customer better than you serve who doesn't suffer from any disability.

There is always an intended customer for any particular business which is the reason why it is not a must that every businesses must look out for people that are disabled. As a result of that, these businesses are not compelled to do things for those that and not even supposed to be their customers.

If your customers constitute of those who are with any form of disabilities, which your business allows for them to come to your business centre, provisions for ramps, disabled parking space, their bathrooms, eating space must be made to give them a good shopping experience.

All customers deserves to be treated well. It doesn't matter if they are disabled or not. As a customer who's not disabled, I expect to be treated well and with good respect. When you do that for your disabled customers and fail to do the same for me, I will not be happy with your business.

If I'm looking at it in a broader sense, a disabled customer can need all businesses products because their disability doesn't mean they cannot use what someone who isn't disable makes use of. I've seen disable persons in the gym working out. The gym will have to make arrangements to accommodate them or mark the gym out of service for disabled people.

There are certain kinds of gyms that do facilitate disabled people. The fact remains that it depends on the kind of gym. Apart from that, I think that mainly there are many hospitals that facilitate the disabled people most of the time. This depends on the settings of a business place.

It's like I've said, gym are open to those with disabilities with providing the kind of workout tools they can make use of. It's unless a particular gym doesn't want to facilitate disabled people, their membership won't be open for them. All hospitals facilitate for disabled people.
