House with central air or standard air?

Which is best when selling a house? Do you suggest having central air installed? It's so that you can have heating and air conditioning in one system. Standard air, or a regular furnace will only put out heat. You also have radiator heat, which is what a lot of old houses use.

Anyway, these days I think a house with central air sells a lot better. Is that true?
