How much does it cost to get staff for a hosting business? Not that I'm currently looking for any but I would be interested to know.

I don't know. It actually depends on the skill levels of the person you are recruiting!
It could be an hourly rate or fixed rate!

I don't know the exact amount but I'm pretty sure it will be slightly expensive. I know some hosting companies tend to be solo for the first few months/year to gather up enough profit to then purchase staff for them. For a new company I'd say you would have to pay them enough to eat up all profits you would most likely see by yourself.

Staff is extremely vague. If you can give me more info I can be very precise as to what payroll/expenses your business may incur to either hire our outsource.

I suppose it does depend. What would, say, a basic sales person cost?

Are you look for contract personnel, direct hire, full/part time hours, payroll services, over the counter or salary pay, pay per ticket/call/chat, outsourced services, native English or is second language (proficient), etc.

Can you be more specific as to what type of employee or service you are looking for?
