Hosting / domain and wordpress

I am not familiar with this at all. How can I find a free hosting and domain and from CP install wordpress? I know I did this looong time ago but can't remember now. I need it for blog purposes only.

There was a company called freenom that offerred free domain but I am not sure if it still offers free domain. If yo have a domain, you can use 000webhost to host your website for free. By the way, there are some companies that will host our website for just 25 cents per month.
