Hive Micro

I stumbled this day a site named Hive Micro. It is a legit site but dunno if it works for me. I registered and learned that there will be tests to undergo before doing a task, however, there is a pay once answer the test. One test there is to do a transcription analysis and the pay is $40. I do not have experience doing a transcription job. The pay rate is usually $30- $40 and the least is $3. I have not done anything there. May I know if you are a member of this site Hive Micro?
