Hiring virtual assistants

Has anybody had any experience hiring virtual assistants through Freelancer or Fiverr or another such site?

If you have, what did you use their services for, and where you satisfied with their work and value for money? What rate did you find was generally acceptable to people willing to perform this kind of work, and what was their work ethic like? Were there any limitations as to tasks they were willing to carry out or anything?

I have hired virtual assistants through Fiverr and Upwork. I hired therm for social media posting, content writing (sales pitches, ad copies, blog posts, forum posts, blog comments, book reviews, etc.), and a lot of other things. When I started becoming active on forums, I started using forums to hire virtual assistants. Still today, I hire virtual assistants on a regular basis.
