Highest PR link

What is your highest PR link that you have managed to procure and how did you do it? What did it do to your site's PR and serps?

I got a PR6 link from a government site for my teen job site- they listed all job sites.... so I just asked The link basically put the site on the first page of Google NZ for "Jobs for teens" and it became PR4 after a pagerank update.

Wow, thats simply incredible! I guess this shows the value of authentic high pr websites.
I don't know for sure if something like this has happened for my websites. Btw the highest PR I have ever attained is pr3.
