Having special days for your business or work is ideal to keep morale high and people happy. Have you ever done something like this? Like sweater vest tuesday, or Hawaiian shirt friday or something along those lines. I think it's a great thing to do, as it gives your employees an out to relax a bit.

While concepts like Hawaiian Shirt Friday does not exist, however, having special day such as ethnic day, red day, green day, etc. do happen frequently in my place. Activities like these certainly boost employes' morale and improve workplace efficiency.
