Have you used website appraisal service?

Have you used a website appraisal service to check the true worth of your website? Do you think the value given by these services is somewhere near to the true value of your website? Do you trust website appraisal services?

I’ve used some before I don’t think it’s to accurate very often. If a domain has a 3-5k appraisal on GoDaddy you can make a quick sale normally for maybe 300-500$ but you have to sit on it and find the right buyer to get anything close to the 3-5k.

I've never actually used one of these sites to appraise my websites. I feel that they may not be too accurate though. Now I am curious to see just how much my sites are worth.

I remember using something years ago when I was running websites but I have not found or used anything recently that would I know is accurate or works.

Some years ago there was a site that was able to work out how much it's worth however at the time I was expected that the answers was pretty much wrong
