Have You Used Traffic Exchange?

I have used multiple traffic exchange sites in the past. When I started using them, I did not know the truth about these traffic exchanges and I was happy to see high volume traffic. Later I understood this is just a bot traffic. However, I continued using them because I want to inflate the traffic so that I can impress advertisers. Have you used traffic exchange for traffic?
