A decade ago, banner exchanges were very popular for traffic. Are you using any banner exchange to increase the traffic to your website? If yes, which is the preferred banner exchange?

The banner exchange is in generally admailers and autosurfs programs or sometimes safelists where in addition to buy advertising you may be required to place other people banners in the reverse way.

I have tried and I gave up because I was not generating traffic. I prefer the traditional method such as SEO and social media marketing for traffic.

I don't like banner exchange. From the explanation I got from it, i don't like it.
