If you do not have skills to write ebooks and if you do not have money to hire writers to write your ebooks but you still want to get into the ebook market, selling white label ebooks is the way out. You can acquire white label rights ebooks and resell them on your own price. I have tried this method to make money but I have not been very successful. Have you tried selling white label ebooks?
