A lot of people associate blockchain just with cryptocurrencies but that is not the case. Blockchain has usability in multiple areas, including freelancing. There is a freelancing platform called HYVE (hyve.works) on web3 that you can use to hire freelancers as well as sell as a freelancer. You can pay for freelancing services through cryptocurrencies and get paid in cryptocurrencies once the job is done. Have you tried it?

This is the first time I have heard of HYVE, so I will have to check this one out at some point as well.

I am quite surprised that these are not more well-known because they offer crypto as a currency option.

One of the reasons why a platform like this one is not popular like the freelance markets we hear every now and then is because crypto is still being accepted as a major financial tool. Another reason is this being decentralized platform does not advertise like the centralized platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
