Have you invested in any real estate properties?

Investing in real estate can be an extremely good source of passive income. Like if you buy a building near some college or tech hub, you can get so many people who would need a place to stay. They would pay you monthly even if the rent is high because the demand would be too much. You'll make great profit. Personally, I have not yet since I don't have enough funds but I would surely do one day because I see the potential.

I own landed property, I inherited landed property from my parents. However, I am yet to make any investment in real estate. I understand the value of real estate property, however, I do not have money to buy properties.

I only have real estates that I inherited. I am working on making more money so that I can be able to buy more lands in the future as real estate is a part of securing investments that I always want to get involved in.
