A business court is one of the most important factors related to business. These courts are also known as "commercial courts". These courts handle legal issues related to businesses. This also includes prosecution and defendants as well. So, have you ever visited such kind of courts?

in our country, we do not have any business courts. There are 5 different types of courts, one, an army court that is applicable only to army personnel, two, a special court, where cases related to corruption are filed, three, district courts, four, high courts and finally supreme court. All major cases are filed in the Supreme Court, and minor cases need to be filed in the district court, inclidung cases related to businesses

I have not been to a business court. Most business disputes are addressed in the normal court and there is no reason to visit the business court. So, once you have any disagreement with anyone relating to the business that you are doing, you have to seek a redress in the normal court of law.

The most important thing is for the business case to be handled in a the court of law. It doesn't matter the kind of law court it's taken to but as long as the court have the jurisdiction to treat the case and give a ruling that's binding, that's what the parties involved in the case should be looking forward to.
