Have you ever thought about creating a micro job site?

I have been a member on multiple micro job sites for many years and based on my experience as an employer as well as worker on these sites, I think this can be a profitable venture. I have a deep fascination to create and run a micro job site. However, I have not attempted something like this because I do not know how to begin.
