Have you ever licensed your photos to others?

Have you guys ever licensed your photos to others? Maybe a company or person? I have not yet licensed my own photos, but if I have any worth it, I may consider it. I have taken up photography in recent years and have some photos saved up I could probably make money on by licensing them out. I just wonder if I could get a good amount for my work. That would be nice!

I have never licensed my photos to any individuals or companies. However, I know some people who have done this. I have a friend who was able to make really good money by licensing his photos. He managed to get clear photos of a plane crash and sold the photographs to a news agency for a good price.
