Have you ever invested in someone's business project that no one believed in except you?

Not all entrepreneurs and businesses have funds to start their own business and they try to attract investors in different ways. Have you ever invested in a business project that no one believed in, but you did. And was it profitable for you?

Yes i invested in a company, however it fell through and is no longer in business. Loss my money on it. Its the same as creating your own startups/projects and just letting them go because it doesnt work out.
