The first staff I hired for my sites were hired through Upwork and Fiverr. The best thing about hiring through these freelancing platforms is that they cannot cheat on you. However, the only drawback to hiring through freelancing platforms is you will have to pay a lot of money. Have you ever hired staff through freelancing platforms? What's your experience? Is it good or bad? Would you again hire through freelancing platforms?

Nope, mostly from other Fourms and who are willing to do it for free. But then most do not last long or they are not suited for the job
