Have you ever had Discord friend request from total strangers?

This is something that have happened to me a couple of times when it comes to getting friend request from random and total strangers. We are not in any server together or have any friends in common but I keep getting friend's request from different accounts.

Do you think it could be bots sending the friend's requests or it's actually someone stalking me on Discord?
