Was there ever a time where you witnessed a boss or person above you doing something illegal? I haven't ever witnessed anything illegal, but I worked for a company many years ago that had a couple scammers on their payroll who happened to be managers/supervisors and one boss. They of course didn't know, but these guys were able to steal quite a bit. I didn't catch them myself, but heard soon after I left that place, that they caught them in the act and the higher ups fired them both.

Actually there are alot of business boss who are involved into illegal act. somet of those acts might require punishment but you have to warn or give an advise before taking actions.

It is going to be a very big mistake for you to reveal to your boss that you know something illegal that he or she is doing.

I am very certain that it is definitely going to have you sacked from the job because he's going to see you as a threat and an insider.

I had a boss who used to cheat his clients. They never really suspected him because he was a smooth talker. Once I found out, I didn't stick around too long at that place. There is no reason for me to be a part of that.

He can only be able to do this kind of a thing for a certain period of time because customers will always try to find out what competitors are offering in the same market. Once they discover that they are being cheated, they are going to leave his business and go to his competitors.

I once worked in an organization that was actually doing illegal activities. When I joined the organization, I did not know they were involved in illegal activities. I knew about their illegal activities only after I started working for them. I left the job. I worked just 17 days.

I am very happy for the type of organisations that I have worked with in the past as they have all been professional in their dealings. If I am ever going to see a boss that is doing illegal and shady dealings then I am definitely going to report them to the appropriate authorities without having to think twice.

It is a very good thing that you had to find out that the organisation was involved in illegal activities and you ended up resigning from the job because there is a possibility of them being caught and you are definitely going to be a party to whatever that happened and you might even go to jail.

This is the most honorable thing to do because in as much as I want to make money and lots of it as well, I do not want to situation whereby I will make it illegally or I will have to steal from others. If I also ever see an organisation that is doing illegal activities I am going to resign immediately.

It is going to be very difficult for me to catch my boss doing anything illegal because most of the job that he does is inside his office or at home. So you would not have access to know if he's doing anything legal or illegal and his computer is always password locked.

I am quite sure that there would be many employees who would be reluctant to report their boss to the police in case if they find them doing anything illegal. If they report them, then the boss may take revenge in many ways.

Well, I wouldn't have any problems reporting my boss who's doing something illegal to the police. It's an illegal acts which is likely to affect so many people in the public. There's a possibility my people might be affected by his illegality.
