Have you ever blocked someone on social media before? What was the reason why? For me it was because I was being harassed by someone. That someone being someone I commented to on a news article years ago. He made a fuss about something, I disagreed and he went off on me. Used my profile and made fun of my appearance and even tried to add me as a friend. I blocked him outright and moved on.

You can't be afraid to just block people sometimes. It's not worth it to argue and get into fights with people.

Sure I have, plenty of people. Most of them were online people I've never met in person. Reasons were various. From being rude to "betrayal"

I have blocked over 300 people on my personal Facebook account. It's the only my personal use socal media accounts that I block people on. On my WhatsApp, I have 54 persons blocked. On my business social media accounts, I don't block users for any reason whatsoever.

I have blocked people only on facebook, I have not only blocked people I knew from real like but also some business associatd. I blocked these people for harassing me, spamming as well as posting not safe for family content.

Several times I have blocked people on my social media platform. Most of them don't seem to get going with me and we have just to part ways. Others do not discuss relevant issues with me.

Yes, I've blocked a few users on all of the social media accounts I use on different platforms. I used to accept friends freely which made my have so many friends on my list. I have the reasonable and stupid one's. It's the stupid one's I block whenever they display their stupidity.

Social media platforms are full of toxic people and they are very high up on my list of people who gets blocked immediately without any delay. The moment I find out someone is full of toxicity from their remarks, I will block them immediately and be done with it.
