Have You Ever Been Fired From Staff Position

I have been a staff member on many forums and I have been fired a couple of times. I was once fired for inactivity on a certain forum but later my position was reinstated. On one forum, they publicly humiliated me before firing but then they requested to come back, which I declined.

Have you been fired from a staff position on any forums? Do you think you were fired unfairly?
