Have you considered setting up a home server?

I am looking into options using Raid. I want to have a small network where I can host and share certain things in the house so we can access things in the office, living room, or even bedroom. It makes it easier to watch and enjoy things as well as have more security. Have you considered setting up a home server?

I was thinking about doing something like this. Where I set up a home media server that works on all PCs and devices in the house. Would be cool if I can set something like that up, where anyone in the house an access said server and view/play content.

I've never set up a server before though.
